The power of the pause
Set a reminder to take three deep breaths every few hours. It may sound simple, but these mini-moments of calm can reset your nervous system and help you tackle the rest of your day with fresh energy.
Move your body, help your mind
A quick walk around your neighbourhood, dancing to your favourite song or stretching can help improve your mood instantly.
